Commercial Litigation Associate (3 PQE)

As a Commercial Litigation Associate (3 PQE) you will work on a diverse and challenging caseload gaining exposure to both contentious advisory work and high-profile disputes.
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes including:
- Breach of contract claims
- Shareholder and company law disputes
- Fraud and asset recovery matters
- Draft inter-partes correspondence pleadings witness statements and interim applications
- Conduct legal research and deliver clear commercially focused advice
- Liaise with counsel experts and key stakeholders throughout proceedings
- Support on complex High Court litigation and arbitration matters
- Attend client meetings mediations and court hearings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships acting as a key day-to-day contact
- Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years PQE gained within a recognised UK law firm
- Strong background in commercial litigation and dispute resolution
- Experience handling matters independently as well as working within larger teams
- Excellent drafting skills across litigation documents and submissions
- Strong understanding of Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and litigation strategy
- Ability to provide commercial pragmatic legal advice
- Confident handling of client communications and case strategy
- Proactive adaptable and commercially astute
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to take ownership of matters while collaborating effectively
