Job Summary

The role is an excellent opportunity to be part of a supportive legal team working closely with operational and commercial colleagues to provide clear practical legal advice and ensure that our business operates with confidence and compliance.
- Reviewing drafting and negotiating contracts and proposals in line with G4S Standards with a particular focus on customer contracts
- Advising the business on associated commercial and legal risks and helping to manage and mitigate them
- Negotiating new contracts and amendments to contracts with customers
- Supporting the business in meeting its contractual obligations
- Collaborating with colleagues across the business to deliver effective solutions
- Up to 6 years PQE as a solicitor (UK or Ireland)
- A solid understanding of contract and commercial law (in England or Scotland)
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Home-based contract with some requirements to attend G4S offices or customer offices
