The Commercial Financial Controller will oversee financial operations commercial performance and operational efficiency for a privately owned ecommerce business. You will ensure strong financial governance while enabling profitable growth across digital marketplace and supply chain channels. This role suits a commercially minded leader who can blend strategic insight with handson operational control.
Core Responsibilities
- Financial Strategy Lead budgeting forecasting cashflow management and longrange commercial modelling to support growth plans.
- Operational Finance Strengthen inventory accuracy optimise supply chain costs and improve endtoend operational efficiency.
- Commercial Analysis Deliver actionable insights on margin performance stock turns promotional effectiveness and trading trends.
- Team Leadership Manage and develop finance professionals while partnering closely with operations logistics merchandising and marketplace teams.
- Governance Maintain robust financial controls compliance audit readiness and risk management frameworks.
- ACA ACCA CIMA MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 10 years leadership experience in ecommerce supply chain retail or marketplace environments.
- Strong operational inventory and supply chain management expertise.
- Proven experience leading crossfunctional teams in highgrowth environments.
- Strong analytical commercial and decisionmaking skills.
