Are you a highly organised customer-focused professional with a proactive approach and strong commercial awareness Were looking for a Commercial Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract supporting our UK Private Provider and Community business areas.
In this varied and fast-paced role youll play a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience supporting our external sales teams and customers while helping drive sales and profitability. Youll be responsible for managing customer enquiries cleansing and coordinating orders maintaining pricing information producing reports providing quotes and product information and helping resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
Working closely with Sales Customer Solutions Purchasing and Logistics teams youll proactively identify solutions to support customers ensure service level agreements are met and contribute to the overall success of the business. Youll also participate in regular customer review meetings and support key commercial activities across the division.
What were looking for:
- Previous experience in a customer solutions customer service sales support or commercial coordination role.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- A proactive solutions-focused mindset and a genuine desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Commercial awareness and confidence in handling customer enquiries.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience supporting sales processes or working within the healthcare private provider or community sectors would be advantageous.
