About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our team in a key business support role. You will play an important part in helping the College run smoothly and efficiently contributing to the overall learner and staff experience.

Requirements

Must-Have:

Business administration qualification or relevant experience

Level 2 qualification in English and Maths

Experience of coordinating and maintaining administrative and computerised systems

Use of computerised packages in a working environment including Word and Excel

Experience of minute taking

Knowledge of a range of office and administrative functions

Ability to analyse and interpret data and produce reports

High level written and communication skills

Excellent IT skills including competence in the use of the range of systems in place at the college

Ability to organise systems effectively and prioritise work according to the demands of the service

High attention to detail and accuracy

Able to work calmly and methodically under pressure

Able to work collaboratively with others building working relationships

Committed to the achievement and success of learners

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Have the ability to adopt new working practices and adapt to change

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
