Werelooking for aColleague ExperienceLeadto shape and continually evolve the experience of colleagues across key moments that matter with a particular focus on onboarding and offboarding. From a colleagues first interaction with the business through to their final dayyoullensure every touchpoint is seamlessconsistentand meaningful.

Leading a team of colleague experienceadvisors &specialistsyoulldrive operational excellence whileidentifyingopportunities to simplify processes remove friction and enhance the datainsightand feedback to improve processes increase automation and self-service and help create an experience that colleagues genuinely value

Youllbalanceexperience efficiency and compliance to ensure our processesremainaligned with employment legislation and regulatory requirements.

Whatyoullbe doing:

Creating brilliant colleague experiences

  • Lead a team focused on delivering a seamless end-to-end colleague experience across every stage of the colleague lifecycle.
  • Use colleague feedback insight and data toidentifyopportunities to improve experiences remove friction and create moments that matter.

Driving operational excellence

  • Ensure colleague processes are delivered accurately efficiently and in line with all legal regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Balance exceptional colleague experience with robust controlsgovernanceand risk management.

Leading continuous improvement

  • Build and deliver a roadmap that increases automation and self-service across the colleague journey.
  • Use data and insight to simplify processeseliminateinefficienciesand continuously improve how we support colleagues and managers.

Leading and developing your team

  • Build develop and inspire a high-performing team creating an environment where people can do their best work.
  • Set clear priorities removeobstaclesand ensure the teamremainsfocused on delivering the improvements that will have the greatest impact on colleagues.

We are looking for someone whohas:

  • Experience leadingColleagueExperiencePeople Operations HR Operations Shared Services teams.
  • A passion for creating exceptional colleague experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislationcomplianceand operational governance.
  • Experience using datainsightand feedback to improve services and inform decision-making.
  • A track recordof introducing automation self-servicesolutionsor process improvements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong planning and prioritisation capability within a complex high-volume environment.
  • Experience building developing and leading high-performing teams.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a desire to challenge the status quo.
  • Most importantlyyoullbe curiouscollaborativeand passionate aboutdelivering a serviceand creating experiencesthataresimpleeffectiveandgenuinelymakes a difference for our colleagues.

You can expect a two stage interview process for this position:

1st stage - An informal 30-45 minute video call with the hiring team to discuss your skills and relevant experience. This is a great opportunity to find out more about the role and to ask any questions you may have.

2nd stage A one-hour formal face-to-face interview where you can expect a task and values based competency questions.
