Based in London the Collaboration Services Analyst will deliver collaboration conferencing and AV support services across international offices. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with seamless user experience for both day-to-day meetings and high-profile client events.

This role reports to the Collaboration Services Manager.

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as an on-site contact for collaboration support requests and as a remote contact for international offices.
  • Provide support for high-profile executive and complex client-facing events.
  • Review room booking systems and meeting calendars daily to assess demand and prioritise workload.
  • Proactively prepare meeting rooms in advance including system setup configuration and audio/video testing.
  • Support meeting handovers and remain available to troubleshoot and resolve live technical issues promptly.
  • Deliver support for a wide range of meetings and events across all collaboration spaces.
  • Ensure seamless execution of internal client-facing and remote-enabled meetings.
  • Ensure all meeting support activities are delivered efficiently and to agreed service standards.
  • Liaise with meeting organisers hosts and internal staff to coordinate meeting requirements.
  • Gather and confirm technical and logistical requirements ahead of meetings and events.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Work as part of the International Collaboration Services team to provide day-to-day remote AV and collaboration support across international offices.
  • Coordinate remote event support alongside local office teams where required.
  • Establish monitor and troubleshoot remote meeting connections.
  • Provide technical support for collaboration platforms including Zoom Microsoft Teams Cisco video conferencing systems SynergySky and related AV technologies.
  • Support the ongoing maintenance optimisation and administration of collaboration technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AV conferencing and platform-related issues in real time.
  • Liaise directly with third-party vendors to efficiently report escalate and resolve technical issues.
  • Support testing configuration changes and platform enhancements.
  • Serve as part of the administration team for the firms room booking platform (Maptician).
  • Assist with issue resolution and ongoing platform improvements.
  • Ensure accurate and reliable booking functionality.
  • Undertake ongoing administrative responsibilities including inventory management reporting metrics and team documentation.
  • Ensure team operational data and reporting information are maintained accurately and consistently.
  • Perform daily preventative maintenance and operational checks across collaboration spaces.
  • Ensure all meeting rooms maintain high presentation functionality and operational standards.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in an AV conferencing or collaboration support role ideally within a professional services or corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of Zoom Microsoft Teams Cisco conferencing systems SynergySky and meeting room technologies.
  • Experience administering collaboration and room booking platforms such as Maptician.
  • Proven ability to support high-profile meetings and complex live events.
  • Troubleshooting analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting global teams and initiatives.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience producing operational reporting maintaining documentation and supporting service improvement initiatives.
