Cognitive Behavioural Therapist
Job Summary
Starrycare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT Therapist) to provide high-quality psychological therapy across our client sites. The successful candidate will assess treat and support individuals experiencing a range of mental health conditions using evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
- Conduct comprehensive mental health and psychological assessments.
- Develop and deliver individualised CBT treatment plans.
- Provide one-to-one CBT interventions for a range of mental health conditions.
- Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide psychoeducation and promote recovery and wellbeing.
- Adhere to safeguarding confidentiality and professional standards.
- Participate in clinical supervision training and continuous professional development.
- Maintain compliance with clinical governance health & safety and organisational policies.
