EMBS Engineering Ltd is working in partnership with a well-established family-run precision engineering manufacturer currently seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This company has built a strong reputation supplying safety-critical highly complex components to globally recognised customers across Aerospace Automotive Defence Energy and Transport sectors. Responsibilities

As a CNC Machinist you will be responsible for:

• Setting and operating CNC Multi axis CNCmachines

• Performing self-inspection of machined components using mics calipers and verniers

• Working with low-volume batch sizes typically 120 parts creating safety critical components

Successful Applicants Must Be Able to Demonstrate

• Background in precision engineering aerospace automotive defence energy or transport sectors preferred

• Ability to edit and adjust offsets on CNC machines (minimum requirement) with Fanuc expeirence being highly desirable

• Competence with precision measuring equipment: micrometers calipers verniers

• Experience in low-volume prototype or mixed-batch manufacturing environments

• A quality-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
