CNC SetterOperator Nights

We are looking for an experienced CNC Setter/Operator (Turning) to join our Night Shift team. This role is Monday to Thursday 46 hours per week. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist who takes pride in producing high-quality components enjoys working with advanced CNC equipment and wants to be part of a business that supports continuous improvement innovation and career development.

What Youll Be Doing

As a CNC Setter/Operator you will play a key role in ensuring our production cells operate safely efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting and operating CNC turning centres in a fast-paced production environment.
• Selecting tooling setting offsets preparing work holding and safely proving out new and existing jobs.
• Producing components to engineering drawings and customer specifications.
• Performing first-off and in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment.
• Troubleshooting machining issues responding to machine alarms and maintaining production output.
• Working closely with the production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping organisation and workplace safety.
