Cluster Facilities Manager

Are you an experienced Facilities Manager with a keen eye for detail and ensuring your buildings are not just compliant and operationally efficient but that they look great too Do you thrive on a busy schedule managing multiple sites and projects

Were looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to manage our cluster of buildings: Centro Buildings Exmouth House Ink Rooms and Clerkenwell Workshops.

With naturally high standards and a positive can-do approach you will tackle every task with care and ensure all customers have a high-quality experience within their Workspace property. You will focus on creating a clean safe thermally comfortable and operationally excellent environment for our customers whilst also focusing on our Carbon Net-Zero pathway all on budget and on schedule.

You will work with your on-site Centre Management and Facilities Technicians to deliver a comprehensive you will provide a comprehensive team and customer centric FM delivery.

What we need from you

• Relevant previous job experience
• Vocational training NEBOSH & FM industry Qualification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organisation & time management
• Superb people skills
• Energy & passion
