As a Clinical Trials Analytics Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clinical trials proposition. Youll work closely with our Life Sciences and Clinical Trials team leveraging Boots extensive patient data to deliver insights that support biopharmaceutical requests and improve trial strategies. Your analytical skills will help identify target audiences optimise campaign performance and present compelling findings to stakeholders.
Were seeking a numerate logical individual who is curious about customer data and passionate about creating actionable insights. You should have:
A relevant degree or experience with strong quantitative elements (e.g. Maths Physics Psychology).
The ability to translate complex business questions into analytical problems and develop scalable solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings to diverse audiences.
A proactive approach to career development and a drive to challenge the status quo.
