This home provides highquality general nursing residential and dementia care and the organization is known for doing things properly and for investing in standards.
The role
Take ownership of highquality care delivery across a large home offering nursing residential and dementia care
Ensure safe consistent personcentred practice across all communities
Provide steady visible leadership that sets clear expectations and supports colleagues daytoday
Lead a committed care and nursing team who respond well to clarity structure and calm direction
Mentor and develop colleagues building confidence capability and accountability
Create a culture where people feel supported respected and proud of the work they do
Build sensible costaware rotas that align staffing with resident needs
Keep care plans documentation and records accurate compliant and auditready
Partner closely with the General Manager and act up when required
Support the delivery of agreed KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement
Become the homes superuser for care and clinical systems helping colleagues feel confident and capable

About you
Registered Nurse (RN or RMN) with strong leadership experience across care delivery
Confident leading a care team and guiding both clinical and residential practice
Skilled in rota planning documentation compliance and crisis escalation
Positive resilient and organised with a calm practical approach
ITliterate and comfortable becoming the homes goto person for care and clinical systems
A full clean driving licence is an advantage
