Job Description
Locum Clinical Pharmacist Required North London
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Locum Clinical Pharmacist to join a busy and supportive GP practice in North London.
Contract Details
- Monday to Friday
- Hours: 09:00 17:00 (or similar)
- Minimum contract length: 1 month
- On-site role no remote working available

Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Telephone consultation clinics (approximately 15 appointments per session with capacity for a small number of catch-up appointments where required)
- Long-Term Condition (LTC) clinics
- Medicines optimisation and medication reviews
- Working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care
Essential Requirements
- Registered Clinical Pharmacist with the GPhC
- Previous experience working within a UK GP surgery
- Confident using EMIS Web
- Experience running Long-Term Condition (LTC) clinics
- Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Up-to-date mandatory training and compliance
