Our client is proud to provide exceptional care within a luxury care home specialising in supporting older adults with mental health needs and behaviours that challenge. They are now looking for an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to join their leadership team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse with senior nursing and leadership experience who is passionate about delivering outstanding person-centred care while supporting and developing a dedicated clinical team. Youll play a key role in maintaining high clinical standards leading by example and ensuring residents receive the highest quality of care.

What Were Looking For

• Active NMC registration as an RGN RMN or RNLD.
• Previous senior nursing and leadership experience is essential.
• Experience supporting older adults with mental health needs and behaviours that challenge.
• Excellent clinical knowledge with a strong understanding of safeguarding governance and risk management.
• Confident leading motivating and supporting multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication organisational and decision-making skills.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding person-centred care and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership ensuring safe effective and high-quality nursing care is delivered at all times.
• Lead mentor and support the nursing and care teams promoting best practice and professional development.
• Monitor and maintain high clinical standards ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and NMC guidelines.
• Oversee medication management clinical assessments and person-centred care planning.
• Support the Home Manager with clinical governance audits quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Build positive relationships with residents families GPs and other healthcare professionals.
• Promote a positive respectful culture that values dignity choice and independence.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure all records meet professional and regulatory standards.
• Act as a role model for excellent nursing practice while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
