This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Senior Nurse Unit Manager Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and wants to be part of a forward-thinking high-end care environment where your skills and leadership will truly shine.

What Were Looking For

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN
• Previous experience working within a nursing home environment
• Experience supporting older adults including those living with dementia
• Strong understanding of person-centred care
• Good working knowledge of audits safeguarding DoLS CQC regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent clinical assessment and care planning skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to support and develop nursing and care teams

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing and care teams
• Ensure residents receive high-quality person-centred care
• Support care planning assessments and clinical reviews
• Lead on clinical audits quality assurance and compliance processes
• Promote best practice in safeguarding medication management and dementia care
• Support staff development through mentoring coaching and training
• Monitor clinical standards and drive continuous improvement
• Build positive relationships with residents families healthcare professionals and external agencies
• Support the management team in maintaining CQC compliance and quality standards
