Salary: 10412.80 Per Annum (26032 Full-Time Equivalent)

St Lukes Hospice has an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our established Clinical Admin team which supports our Clinical Co-oridnation Hub for Community Inpatient Unitand Quality Teams.

You will provide teams with a timely and comprehensive administrative service that enables them to deliver excellent patient care. A significant part of this role is telephone based so experience of and comfort dealing with potentially anxious patients families and bereaved people is important.

You will have administrative/secretarial experience and have worked in a patient/customer facing service environment. Experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable.

You will have the ability to remain calm under pressure and manage stressful situations in a compassionate and professional manner. Excellent organisational communication and IT skills are crucial to be successful in this role.

Able to work independently organising your own workload on a daily basis you will also be comfortable working flexibly as part of the team to respond to changing priorities in a rapidly changing environment.

The successful candidatewill be required to workbetween 8.00am and 8.00pm over 7 days per week and will be required to work every other Saturday with the remaining weekday hours to be agreed at interview.
