Unit & Position Role | |||||
Unit Function | The Culture Insights Team which sits within the RN Leadership and Culture Cell is charged with assisting units in the development of high performing teams in pursuit of the RNs warfighting edge. | ||||
Position Role | CLIMATE ASSESSMENT JR responsible for the administration of climate assessments and the exploitation of data to develop cultural insights. | ||||
Responsibilities | |||||
Manage the Climate Assessments administration and liaise with Commanding Officers. | |||||
To assist in the delivery of Climate Assessment visit briefs across the Royal Navy. | |||||
Liaise with the MOD Centre and other single service Climate Assessment teams to ensure coherency across defence. | |||||
Provide advice and support the development of Climate Assessment policy as directed by SO1 CIT. | |||||
To support Navy Leadership and Culture with additional projects as required. | |||||
Act as a delivery member of the Climate Assessment and Culture Insight Visit teams. | |||||
Represent the CIT at relevant conferences and networking events. | |||||
Maintain D&I currency and other professional development. |

Hybrid working environment and working from alternative sites (eg PLYMOUTH STONEHOUSE BARRACKS) can be accommodated. Incumbent will be required to support Culture Insight visits of 2-3 days duration requiring overnight stays. The majority are in UK but overseas travel may also be required. |
