Our client a professional security solutions provider serving clients across the UK is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join their team in Birmingham. As Client Relationship Manager youll be the primary point of contact for an established portfolio of clients requiring security solutions. This role is central to maintaining strong long-term client relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery. Youll coordinate with operational teams to arrange personnel and resources respond to urgent requests and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction and support the companys continued expansion.
Manage a portfolio of existing clients requiring security solutions
Act as the primary contact for client enquiries and service requirements
Coordinate with operational teams to arrange personnel resources and deployment schedules
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
Respond promptly and professionally to urgent or reactive security requests
Ensure all client requirements are accurately recorded and communicated internally
Conduct regular client reviews and service performance discussions
Identify opportunities to expand relationships and introduce additional services
Maintain accurate records within CRM and operational systems
Prepare reports quotations and service documentation
Support senior management with client retention and business growth initiatives
Handle customer concerns professionally with timely resolution
Hold a clean UK driving licence
Previous experience in a customer relationship role service delivery or operations coordination
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional and confident telephone manner
Competent user of Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong attention to detail
Experience within security facilities management recruitment logistics or service-based industries (desirable)
Knowledge of security operations or workforce deployment (desirable)
