Client Relationship Executive Charities

Were looking for a Client Relationship Executive to support our Charity and Non-Profit client team helping to deliver a high-quality service experience for existing clients while supporting new business and relationship development activities. Working closely with Client Directors and Relationship Managers youll play a key role in coordinating client communications preparing materials for meetings and pitches managing client-related administration and helping ensure client requests are handled efficiently and professionally.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract. 

What youll be doing

• Providing day-to-day support to Client Directors and Client Managers working with charity and non-profit clients
• Assisting with the preparation of client presentations pitch documents meeting packs reports and other supporting materials
• Supporting the coordination and resolution of client enquiries ensuring requests are tracked and progressed in a timely manner
• Supporting client relationship management activities including maintaining client records coordinating reviews and preparing follow-up communications
• Coordinating logistics for client meetings events and conference calls including scheduling agenda preparation and note-taking
• Supporting new business and sales activity by helping to identify opportunities preparing proposal materials and ensuring opportunities are progressed effectively
• Working closely with colleagues across investment operations marketing and client service teams to gather information and deliver client requests
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions business development activity and key actions to support effective relationship management

Who were looking for

• A strong client-service mindset with an interest in supporting charity and non-profit organisations
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Comfortable preparing presentations reports and meeting materials with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence interacting with both internal and external stakeholders
• Experience supporting client relationships or general sales support within a financial services environment 
• A proactive and collaborative approach with a willingness to learn and develop
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills particularly PowerPoint Excel and Word
• An interest in investment management financial services or the charity sector
