Client Manager (Remote)

Responsibilities of the Client Manager role include:
Managing a portfolio of clients including small and medium-sized businesses and individuals
Acting as the main point of contact for clients and maintaining positive relationships
Leading and supporting a growing team of bookkeepers
Reviewing bookkeeping non-standard transactions and reporting key information to senior management
Preparation and submission of annual accounts corporation tax returns and self-assessment returns
VAT return preparation and submission
Payroll processing and submission
Preparation and submission of confirmation statements
Tax planning for both individuals and companies
Ad hoc financial reporting and project work as required

Requirements of the Client Manager role include:
Fully qualified ACCA or ACA (essential)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Ability to work remotely and manage a varied workload
Professionalism integrity discretion and accountability
Experience with Xero Dext Hubdoc and BrightPay preferred
