Client Integrations Manager

Salary: 40000 to 46000 p/a dependent on experience

Plus access to annual bonus

Job role:
We are looking for a skilled Client Integrations Manager to join our Client Services this role you will lead new client deployments manage client change projects and act as a subject matter expert on Medica services. Youll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution from pre-sales discussions to post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage client deployments and change projects ensuring timely delivery

  • Act as a central point of contact for stakeholders supporting pre-deployment discussions

  • Maintain accurate project records and provide regular updates

  • Optimise timelines coordinate resources and mitigate risks

  • Defining the technical solution with subject matter experts

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with mobilisations experience to make a tangible impact in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Please note you will need to live in a commutable distance of Hastings East Sussex as initial training will be office-based.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience managing operational workstreams of a client facing management role or managing client implementations / change with a client focused approach

  • Experience in working with and in technical teams

  • Ability to influence change to achieve project goals

  • Ability to be both strategic and tactical when making decisions

  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among peers and the wider team

  • Excellent communication interpersonal and organisational skills
