We will count on you to:

  • Leadcoachand inspire a team of Client Executives setting clear standards and a high-performance culture that delivers exceptional Client outcomesretentionand profitable growth.

  • Provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of largecomplexand often multinational corporate Clientsacting as an executive sponsor on key relationships and ensuring rigorous proactive service delivery across the team.

  • Provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of large complex corporateClientsacting as an executive sponsor on key relationships and ensuring rigorous proactive service delivery across the team (including Clients with multi-site UK-wide and/or international footprints where relevant).

  • Lead insuranceprogrammedesign and renewal strategy producing budgets and proposals shaping placementstrategyand negotiating fees/engagement terms.

  • Drive senior Client engagementplanning and leading meetings with Clients and insurers alongside specialist brokers and service teams including presentations to Boards and Risk Committees where.

  • Play an active role on the BristolLeadershipTeam helping deliver ourSouth Westgrowth strategy andstrengtheningMarshs position as the leading risk advisor in the region.

What you need to have:

  • Strongpeopleleadership capability (formal line management experience preferred) witha track recordof building team performance and service discipline.

  • Demonstrable experience servicing andadvisinglarge corporate Clients (ideally complex and/or multinational) with evidence of strong Client retention and relationship growth.

  • Demonstrable experience servicing andadvisinglarge corporate Clients (ideally complex multi-site and/or with UK-wide/international footprints) with evidence of strong Client retention and relationship growth.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilityable to translate complex risk issues into clear commercial recommendations.

  • ACII part or fully qualified (or equivalent) with a commitment to continuous professional development.
