Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients providing a professional and friendly service
- Build strong relationships with clients while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Support Financial Advisers with client communications and administrative duties
- Respond to client enquiries promptly via telephone email and written correspondence
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls ensuring enquiries are resolved or directed appropriately
- Work within a regulated environment following company procedures and industry standards
- Support vulnerable clients with empathy patience and professionalism
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure all information is processed confidentially
- Assist with the preparation and management of client documentation
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless client journey
- Maintain high levels of organisation while managing multiple priorities
Requirements
- Previous experience within a customer service client care administration or office-based role
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable manner
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage challenging conversations with empathy
- Strong emotional intelligence and a genuine desire to help people
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Positive proactive and team-oriented approach
Desirable Skills
- Experience working within a regulated or professional services environment
- Previous experience within financial services banking insurance legal or professional services
- Experience using CRM or client management systems
