The role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CASS Operations Analyst to join our

team and help build and maintain robust processes whilst ensuring operational activities

run smoothly and deliver a seamless customer experience.

What youll do

Reconciliation Management:

• Perform daily reconciliations for client money and safe custody assets;

• Identify and investigate discrepancies variances and anomalies in reconciliation processes;

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyse financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness of records

• Use internal systems and software tools to extract manipulate and analyse large datasets.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements throughout reconciliation processes

• Support the preparation of regulatory submissions management information and audit requests.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of reconciliation activities.

• Assist in drafting and updating procedural manuals and internal guidelines.

Risk & Controls Management:

• Assist in assessing and mitigating risks associated with reconciliation and CASS processes

• Participate in risk assessments and contribute to enhancements in the risk management framework.

What you need to have

• Bachelors degree in relevant subject.

• An appetite for AI tools and automation where youd rather build a smarter process than repeat the same task twice.

• A passion for continuous improvement where youre never quite satisfied with good enough when theres a smarter way forward.

• A creative and methodical approach to problem-solving with a talent for cutting through complexity to find the most effective path forward.

• Strong analytical and organisational skills paired with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a straightforward and engaging way.

• Someone who takes initiative but also values the benefits of collaboration within a team.

• A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and follow through without needing to be chased.

• Some exposure to financial services operations or a related field whether through work study or personal interest.

• Proficiency in SQL Python and/or other programming languages.
