Were looking for a Client Adviser/Account Handler to join our Commercial team in Manchester.

What youll be doing

Youll manage your own portfolio of commercial clients supporting them across new business renewals and mid-term adjustments.

Your role will include:

• Managing your own portfolio of commercial clients across new business renewals and MTAs
• Advising on and arranging appropriate cover ensuring client demands and needs are met
• Obtaining and negotiating terms with insurers comparing cover termsand pricing
• Preparing broking presentations for risks requiring a tailored approach
• Managing policy administration invoicing and premium finance within agreed SLAs
• Maintaining accurate records and keeping up to date with market developments and insurer appetite

Youll manage a varied portfolio of commercial clients with opportunities to work across Scheme and Facility business.

What were looking for

• 3 years insurance experience ideally within Commercial broking with good knowledge of General Commercial Lines
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a client-focused approach
• Organised and detail-focused with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Proactive and solutions-focused with the confidence to take ownership and learn new systems
