Client Administrator (Payments)

What youll do

• Support client services operations by managing payment processes maintaining investor records and handling mailbox and administrative tasks
• Prepare and review reconciliations cash forecasts loan reports and compliance templates with accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of tasks
• Deliver high-quality outputs consistently while managing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines
• Demonstrate strong organisation attention to detail teamwork ownership and effective communication skills

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) with a solid educational foundation
• Around 1 year of finance or administrative experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools particularly Excel
