Position:Accommodation Cleaning Coach

In this roleyoullbe at the heart of an energetic cleaning team providing clear direction and plenty of motivation.Youllinspire the team to make sure every caravan lodge chalet or apartment is fresh clean and ready for new arrivals. Plusyoullmake sure everything stays safe compliant and on point with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
-Guide and coach your team to deliver impeccable standardsensuring our guest accommodations arepristine welcoming and fully prepared for new arrivals.
- Conduct quality checks of each unit offering constructive feedback support andassistancetomaintainhigh standards.
- Ensure all cleaning tools and supplies are used effectively and stored safely.
-Maintaina safe compliant environment that upholds our commitment to quality and safety.

Requirements
- Experience in cleaning or housekeeping as a Team Leader Supervisor or Senior Cleaneris valued but not essential; we provide training.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team withgood communicationskills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
-Good timemanagement and organisational skills.
- Flexibility to work bank holidays and school holidays as required.
