OVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead our dedicated team of cleaning professionals to deliver exceptional standards in a fast-paced client-focused environment. As the evening supervisoryoullset the tone for teamwork reliability and service excellenceensuring every space is spotless and every client is delighted.

KeyResponsibilities:

Oversee all evening cleaning operations ensuring standards and schedules are consistently met
Train motivate and support team membersfostering a positive accountable culture
Conduct regular quality checks and address issues promptly
Act as point of contact for clients and site management during evening shifts
Manage supplies equipment and accurate completion of daily paperwork
Identify process improvements for efficiency and safety
Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members

Proven experience in cleaning or facilities supervision (evening/night shift preferred)
Strong communicator who leads by example and builds trust
Confident problem-solver with an eye for detail
Ability to coach develop and motivate diverse teams
Organised and proactivecan juggle priorities and stay calm under pressure
