Concept Resources are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable facilities management company for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high standards of cleaning while managing and supporting a team.

• Supervise and support the day-to-day operations of the cleaning team to ensure high standards are consistently met.
  
• Manage and coordinate staff schedules including arranging cover for sickness holidays and absences.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
  
• Maintain excellent communication with both staff and client representatives demonstrating a high level of spoken and written English.
  
• Train mentor and motivate team members to deliver efficient and high-quality cleaning services.
  
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
  
• Monitor stock levels and order cleaning supplies as required.
  
• Address any performance issues promptly and professionally.
  
• Respond quickly to client requests feedback or concerns ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  
• Complete all required documentation and reporting accurately and on time.
  

• Proven experience in a commercial cleaning role.
  
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Cleaning Supervisor role.
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
  
• Confident managing staff and leading by example.
  
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining exceptional cleaning standards.
  
• Excellent spoken and written English.
  
• Good organisational and communication skills.
  
• Reliable professional and customer-focused approach.
  

• 14.00 per hour (PAYE).
  
• Part-time position working 15 hours per week.
  
• Consistent weekday working pattern.
