Location: Riverview Business Park Friarton Road Perth PH2 8DY
Pay Rate: 13.45 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: 5 hours per week
Shift: Wednesday & Friday 5:30pm 8:00pm
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Start Date: Immediate Start Available
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to work at a modern corporate office in Perth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking part-time evening hours with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Working independently you will be responsible for maintaining a clean safe and professional working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- General office cleaning
- Sweeping mopping vacuuming and dusting
- Cleaning offices meeting rooms and communal areas
- Cleaning kitchens and welfare facilities
- Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables
- Emptying waste bins and disposing of waste appropriately
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Reporting any maintenance or health and safety concerns
Candidate Requirements
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred
- Reliable punctual and trustworthy
- Able to work independently and manage your own workload
- Comfortable working alone
- Able to act as a key holder where required
- Comfortable using an alarm panel (training provided where applicable)
- Good communication skills
- Available to work Wednesday and Friday 5:30pm 8:00pm
Pre-Employment Requirements
Successful applicants will be required to complete the clients onboarding process including:
- Valid Right to Work documentation (must be presented at induction)
- Use of the clients telephone time and attendance system (mandatory)
- Ability to work as a lone worker
- Ability to act as a key holder where required
- Willingness to use the sites alarm panel (where applicable)
