Cleaning Operative – Part-Time Evening Role (Commercial Office Environment)

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to work within a commercial office environment in Perth. This is an excellent temporary to permanent opportunity offering regular part-time evening hours and the potential for long-term employment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness hygiene and presentation while working safely and independently.

• Carrying out general office cleaning duties
  
• Vacuuming sweeping and mopping floor areas
  
• Cleaning desks workstations and touch points
  
• Cleaning kitchens breakout areas and welfare facilities
  
• Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables
  
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
  
• Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness throughout the site
  
• Reporting maintenance issues and health and safety concerns
  
• Ensuring cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and stored correctly
  

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred
  
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  
• Comfortable working as a lone worker
  
• Must be willing to act as a key holder and operate alarm systems where required
  
• Excellent attention to detail
  
• Reliable punctual and professional approach
  
• Good communication skills
  
• Right to work in the UK
  

Successful candidates must:

• Provide valid Right to Work documentation at induction
  
• Be comfortable using a telephone-based time and attendance system
  
• Be able to work independently and responsibly
  
• Be willing to act as a key holder
  
• Be comfortable operating alarm systems
  
• Provide valid photographic identification prior to commencing work
