Cleaning Operative – Part-Time Evening Role (Banking Environment)

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to work within a secure banking environment in Ullapool Highland. This is a part-time temporary opportunity offering consistent weekday evening hours.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness hygiene and presentation while working independently in a secure environment.

• General cleaning of office and customer-facing areas
  
• Vacuuming sweeping and mopping floors
  
• Cleaning desks workstations and touch points
  
• Cleaning kitchen and welfare facilities
  
• Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables
  
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
  
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the site
  
• Reporting any maintenance or health and safety concerns
  
• Ensuring all cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and stored correctly
  

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred
  
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  
• Comfortable working alone and taking responsibility for site security
  
• Must be willing to act as a key holder and operate alarm systems where required
  
• Excellent attention to detail
  
• Professional reliable and punctual approach
  
• Good communication skills
  
• Right to work in the UK
  

Successful candidates must:

• Be comfortable using a telephone-based time and attendance system
  
• Be able to work as a lone worker
  
• Be willing to act as a key holder where required
  
• Be comfortable operating alarm systems
  
• Provide valid photographic identification prior to starting work
