What Youll Be Doing

As a Commercial Cleaner your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out deep cleaning of commercial and social housing properties
• Carpet cleaning using specialist equipment
• Mopping floors litter picking and maintaining high cleaning standards
• Responding quickly and safely to spillages
• Using cleaning equipment and chemicals in line with health and safety procedures
• Driving a company vehicle between sites across the local area
• Delivering excellent customer service and communicating professionally with clients and residents
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard

What Were Looking For

To be successful in this role youll need:

• Previous commercial cleaning experience (essential)
• Experience working within social housing (desirable)
• A full UK driving licence (essential)
• A reliable positive and hardworking approach
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills and procedures
