About the Role

Concept Technical Resources are recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to work at a prestigious corporate banking campus based at Radbroke Hall Knutsford.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional facilities management team on a temporary assignment with an immediate start.

Duties Include

General office and communal area cleaning
Vacuuming mopping and dusting
Cleaning washrooms and welfare facilities
Emptying bins and disposing of waste
Cleaning kitchens and breakout areas
Replenishing consumables
Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Following all health and safety procedures

Essential Requirements

Previous commercial cleaning experience
Basic DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
Ability to satisfy Barclays pre-employment compliance requirements including:
- Right to Work in the UK
- Employment history verification - financial check
Reliable professional and able to work to a high standard
Own transport is essential as the site is not easily accessible by public transport
Applicants should ideally live within approximately 18 miles of the site to ensure a sustainable daily commute
