Location: North Harbour Road Acorn Business Centre Cosham Portsmouth PO6 3TH

Pay Rate: 12.71 per hour (PAYE)

Hours:

• Monday to Friday
  
• 7:00am 8:00am
  
• 5 hours per week
  

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Start Date: Immediate

Concept Technical Resources are recruiting for a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to work at a busy corporate office site in Cosham Portsmouth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for regular part-time morning work with the potential to secure a permanent position.

• Cleaning office areas and communal spaces
  
• Vacuuming mopping and dusting
  
• Cleaning kitchens and welfare facilities
  
• Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables
  
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
  
• Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation
  
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with site procedures
  

• Previous commercial cleaning experience
  
• Basic DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
  
• Right to Work in the UK
  
• Comfortable working independently and as a lone worker
  
• Able to act as a key holder and operate an alarm panel where required
  
• Must use the clients telephone time and attendance system (mandatory)
  
• Reliable trustworthy and punctual with excellent attention to detail
  

• 12.71 per hour (PAYE)
  
• Monday to Friday morning working pattern
  
• Weekly pay
  
• Temporary to permanent opportunity
