Cleaning Operative (DBS Required) – Oswestry

Location: 32 Church Street Oswestry Shropshire SY11 2SS

Pay Rate: 13.45 per hour (PAYE)

Hours:

• Monday to Friday
  
• 3:45pm 5:00pm
  
• 1.25 hours per day
  
• 6.25 hours per week
  

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Start Date: Immediate

Concept Technical Resources are recruiting for a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to work at a busy high street banking site in Oswestry.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced cleaner looking for regular part-time hours with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

• Cleaning office customer and communal areas
  
• Vacuuming mopping and dusting
  
• Cleaning kitchens and staff welfare facilities
  
• Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables
  
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
  
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  
• Locking and securing the premises where required
  
• Following all health and safety procedures
  

• Previous commercial cleaning experience
  
• Basic DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
  
• Right to Work in the UK
  
• Comfortable working independently and as a lone worker
  
• Able to act as a key holder and operate an alarm panel where required
  
• Must use the clients telephone time and attendance system (mandatory)
  
• No credit check required for this role
  
• Reliable trustworthy and professional with excellent attention to detail
  

• 13.45 per hour (PAYE)
  
• Monday to Friday afternoon working pattern
  
• Weekly pay
