Cleaning Operative (DBS Required) – Lichfield

Location: 49 Market Street Lichfield Staffordshire WS13 6LB

Pay Rate: 13.65 per hour (PAYE)

Hours:

• Monday to Friday
  
• 5:30pm 6:30pm
  
• 5 hours per week
  

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Start Date: Immediate

Concept Technical Resources are recruiting for a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to work at a prestigious high street banking site in Lichfield.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced cleaner looking for regular part-time evening work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

• Cleaning office customer and communal areas
  
• Vacuuming mopping and dusting
  
• Cleaning kitchens and staff welfare facilities
  
• Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables
  
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
  
• Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation
  
• Locking and securing the premises where required
  
• Following all site health and safety procedures
  

• Previous commercial cleaning experience
  
• Basic DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
  
• Ability to meet pre-employment compliance requirements including:
  • Right to Work in the UK
    
  • Basic DBS check
    
  • Adverse financial check
    
• Comfortable working independently and as a lone worker
  
• Able to act as a key holder and operate an alarm panel where required
  
• Must use the clients telephone time and attendance system (mandatory)
  
• Reliable trustworthy and professional with excellent attention to detail
  

• 13.65 per hour (PAYE)
  
• Monday to Friday evening working pattern
  
• Weekly pay
  
• Temporary to permanent opportunity
