Pay Rate: 17.50 per hour (PAYE)

Concept Technical Resources are recruiting for a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to work at a modern corporate office in Hersham Surrey.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a regular part-time role with an excellent hourly rate and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

• Cleaning office areas meeting rooms and communal spaces
  
• Vacuuming mopping and dusting
  
• Cleaning kitchens and welfare facilities
  
• Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables
  
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
  
• Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation
  
• Following all health & safety procedures
  

• Previous commercial cleaning experience
  
• Basic DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
  
• Right to Work in the UK
  
• Able to work independently and as a lone worker
  
• Comfortable acting as a key holder and operating an alarm panel where required
  
• Must use the clients telephone time and attendance system (mandatory)
  
• Reliable trustworthy and professional with excellent attention to detail
  

• 17.50 per hour (PAYE)
  
• Monday morning working pattern
