Pay Rate: 20.00 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: 6.25 hours per week
Contract Type: Holiday Cover with the potential to become Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to work at a commercial site in Castle Douglas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking part-time evening work with an excellent hourly rate.
Working Hours
- Monday: 5:00pm 6:15pm (1.25 hours)
- Tuesday: 5:00pm 6:15pm (1.25 hours)
- Wednesday: 5:00pm 6:15pm (1.25 hours)
- Thursday: 5:00pm 6:15pm (1.25 hours)
- Friday: 5:00pm 6:15pm (1.25 hours)
- Saturday: No work
- Sunday: No work
Total: 6.25 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- General cleaning of commercial premises
- Sweeping mopping and vacuuming floors
- Cleaning offices kitchens washrooms and communal areas
- Emptying waste bins and replenishing consumables
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Following all site health and safety procedures
- Locking and securing the premises where required
Candidate Requirements
- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable punctual and trustworthy
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to work as a key holder and operate an alarm system where required
- Right to work in the UK (documentation must be presented at induction)
- Willing to use a telephone-based time and attendance system
