Cleaning Operative – Barrow-in-Furness (LA14 1WY)

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to provide holiday cover at a commercial site in Barrow-in-Furness. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for part-time evening work over a two-week period.

• Monday: 5:00pm 6:30pm (1.5 hours)
  
• Tuesday: 5:00pm 6:30pm (1.5 hours)
  
• Wednesday: 5:00pm 6:30pm (1.5 hours)
  
• Thursday: 5:00pm 6:30pm (1.5 hours)
  
• Friday: 5:00pm 6:30pm (1.5 hours)
  
• Saturday: 5:00pm 6:30pm (1.5 hours)
  
• Sunday: No work
  

Total: 9 hours per week

• General cleaning of commercial premises
  
• Sweeping mopping and vacuuming floors
  
• Cleaning offices kitchens washrooms and communal areas
  
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste
  
• Replenishing consumables
  
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  
• Following all health and safety procedures
  
• Locking and securing the premises where required
  

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred
  
• Reliable punctual and trustworthy
  
• Comfortable working independently and as a lone worker
  
• Able to work as a key holder and operate an alarm system where required
  
• Right to work in the UK (documentation must be presented at induction)
  
• Willing to use a telephone-based time and attendance system
  

This is a great opportunity to earn 15.00 per hour on a short-term holiday cover assignment with a professional facilities management team.
