We are currently recruiting for a professional and reliable Cleaning Operative to work within a secure banking environment in Kendal. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced cleaner seeking part-time work with the opportunity to secure permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out general office and banking environment cleaning duties
  
• Vacuuming mopping dusting and polishing
  
• Cleaning washrooms and staff welfare facilities
  
• Emptying waste and recycling bins
  
• Sanitising high-touch surfaces
  
• Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  
• Following all health & safety procedures and site security protocols
  
• Opening securing and locking premises where required
  
• Working independently within a secure environment
  

Candidate Requirements

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred
  
• Ability to work confidently as a lone worker
  
• Comfortable acting as a key holder and operating alarm systems
  
• Excellent attention to detail and reliability
  
• Professional appearance and conduct
  
• Ability to use a telephone-based time and attendance system
  
• Good communication skills
