Summary
- This is a 1-month contract position at a school offering an umbrella pay rate of 16 per hour. The role requires working 21.25 hours per week from 4 PM to 8:15 PM. The primary responsibility is to deliver a top-notch cleaning service ensuring the school remains clean safe and hygienic for students staff and visitors. An enhanced DBS check with a barred list and a valid driving license are mandatory for this role.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks throughout the school premises.
- Vacuum carpets and floor areas.
- Mop hard floors to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Clean and sanitize toilets washrooms and related facilities.
- Wipe and disinfect surfaces fixtures and touchpoints.
- Empty internal bins and manage waste disposal appropriately.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience in a school office commercial or public sector setting is preferred.
- Proven ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Capability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- Understanding of safe cleaning practices and procedures.
- Enhanced DBS check is mandatory.
- Full UK driving license is required.
