Are you experienced in claims handling the construction industry or customer service We have an excellent opportunity for you!
You will oversee a repair-based portfolio managing the repair progress on our in-house claims system. Your responsibilities will include setting up and updating records proactively managing repair timelines and ensuring timely completion of repairs with exceptional customer service. Familiarity with schedules of work is a plus. You will liaise with customers contractors and clients ensuring smooth communication and efficient repair processes.

Experience in a customer service office environment not necessarily claims handling()
Excellent communication skills: Youll speak with and write to policyholders insurers contractors and more. Youll explain complex details clearly and negotiate fair settlements for all.
Prioritisation: Ability to prioritise your workload and identify urgent tasks
A commitment to work towards the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters Cert CILA qualification
