Claims Support TechnicianBe the calm voice claimants rely on to get their lives back on track.
We have an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in claims handling the construction industry or customer service.
You will manage a repair-based portfolio setting up and overseeing repairs on our in-house claims system scheduling engineers updating records and ensuring timely repair progression.
Experience with schedules of work is a plus. You should be skilled in diarising activities liaising with customers contractors and clients and ensuring repairs are completed promptly with excellent customer service.
The role involves telephone and written interactions with key stakeholders regular email and diary checks and prioritising urgent requests or complaints. Being highly organised is essential.

Experience in a customer service office environment
Excellent communication skills: Youll speak with and write to policyholders insurers contractors and more.
Initiative to overcome challenges and confidence to escalate issues where necessary to achieve the desired outcomes.
Contractor repair support experience will be a distinct advantage.
