Choice Based Lettings Assistant 6 Months Fixed Term Contract
Location/Base: Home and community based with the ability to travel to emh offices and across the East Midlands as required (Designated Office Memorial House Coalville Leicestershire)
Hours: 35 hours week working Monday to Friday
Salary: 24891 - 27657 per annum (RFJ 4)

Are you ready to make a difference in peoples lives Do you have a passion for providing administrative support to a team We have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently looking for a dedicated and Choice Based Lettings Assistant to join our team.
In this role you will support the delivery of a comprehensive housing and estate management service making a positive and lasting contribution to the communities we serve. You will play a key part in delivering an efficient customer-focused Choice Based Lettings (CBL) service supporting customers through the housing application process and ensuring services are accessible responsive and compliant.
The person
Do you have experience of working in a customer facing role with strong customer care skills demonstrating high levels of customer ownership and accountability
Do you have experience of working collaboratively with others and developing positive working relationships.
Are you well organised able to prioritise and manage competing priorities delivering work to agreed deadlines and standards If so we would love to hear from you.
