We are seeking a Fish Frying Superstar to join our team at Cooks Fish & Chips! Ifyoureready to bring your skills to the fryer and create golden crispy goodness this is the role for you! As our Fryeryoullbe the one perfecting each dish making sure every bite is packed with flavour and that our guests leave with smiles (and full bellies!). This is the perfect job for someonewhosgot a love for great food an eye for detail and the drive to keep things sizzling in a fast-paced kitchen. Key Responsibilities
-Prepare coat and fry fish chips and other menu items following precise recipes and cooking techniques to achieve the perfect texture and flavour.
- Work closely with the team to ensure prompt service and helpmaintaina positive experience for every guest.
-Maintaina clean and organised frying station ensuring all health safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
- Monitor frying times temperatures andportionsizes tomaintainconsistent quality and presentation in every order.

Requirements
- Applicants must be 18 due to health and safety regulations foroperatinghot kitchen equipment.
-Previousexperience as a Fish Fryer or in a similar fast-food or kitchen role is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality consistency and food safety

- Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays.
