RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT WORKER CHILDRENS HOMES

Location: Swindon
Salary: 13.50 per hour sleep-in payments
Shift: 2448 hour shifts including sleep-ins

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for caring and resilient Residential Support Workers to support young people in a nurturing trauma-informed childrens home environment.

• Build positive relationships and provide consistent support to young people
• Support daily routines activities education and independence
• Manage challenging behaviour using calm communication and de-escalation

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience working with children or young people
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work 2448 hour shifts including sleep-ins
• Level 3 Residential Childcare is desirable or willingness to complete
