What Youll Do
- Deliver high-quality care and emotional support to children ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
- Inspire brighter futures with consistency compassion and resilience.
- Be part of a dedicated team in a 365-day service with structured rotas and long shifts (7.30am11pm) including sleep-in nights.
What Youll Earn
- Annual salary: (based on 13.4513.75 8 sleep-ins/month; dependent on qualifications) (Pay rate effective from 1st April 2026)
- Opportunity for additional earnings through enhanced overtime and extra shifts
What Youll Need
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Must be 21 and have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
- Experience in childcare or the wider care sector is required
