As a Registered Manager you will play a pivotal role in leading your service and ensuring exceptional outcomes for young people.

Your Role as a Registered Manager (Childrens Services)

You will lead and inspire a dedicated team to provide a safe structured and nurturing environment where young people can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver a calm supportive environment that promotes development and wellbeing
  

• Ensure children experience positive opportunities to build confidence and life skills
  

• Create a culture where each childs needs are recognised and met
  

• Deliver a consistent child-centred approach
  

• Drive service performance and maintain high standards of care
  

• Develop implement and review individual care plans
  

• Conduct staff supervision appraisals and performance management
  

• Mentor and guide staff to deliver high-quality therapeutic care
  

• Support staff development and continuous improvement
  

• Ensure full compliance with legislation policies and Ofsted requirements
